2011 Warrior Football Disney Trip

Our team will be traveling to Florida to open up the season in Disney Wide World of Sports Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
The team will be departing DVHS on August 31, 2011 for a 4 night, 5 day stay in Walt Disney World.
The cost per player is $1,144.00. This price includes;
4 nights accomodations
Roundtrip Airfare and Transportation to all events.
KSA Events T-shirt
Champion Trophy and MVP awards
3 Day Magic Pass to all Disney Parks
1 Day pass to Universal Studios
2 meals per day, box lunch, pizza party
The Warrior Football Booster Club will provide many fundraising opportunities to help your player raise the $1,140.00. By participating in fundraisers the trip should require no out of pocket expenses for parents except spending money.
Parents, familiy and friends can make donations to help your child meet his fundraising goal. Below is the payment schedule. Players are encouraged to have the necessary funds in their account by the scheduled date.
December 31 - $200.00 Deposit
January 15 - 1st Payment $315.00
April 30 - 2nd Payment $315.00
June 30th - Balance due
Cash deposits to a players account not associated with any fundraiser, will be refundable up until June 30, 2011.
An affidavit acknowleding this policy has been sent out. Parents MUST return the signed affdavit as soon as possible.
This will be one of the highlights of their Varsity football experience. Tag-a-long packages are available for parents and fans.
Tag-a-long's will travel with the team and will have access to all the same ammenities as the team but are required to book their own trip through KSA Events. For more information please call KSA Events 1-800-813-7193 or email KSAEvents.net
